GOIN' NORTH, MY FIRST TRIP TO BAGUIO

Our first day began with a small breakfast; coffee, bread, puto and sunny side up prepared by the two girls of the pack. The shower room made my morning. The temperature of the water satisfied my experience and stay there.

At Dencio's, Mile Hi is our haven for our hungry stomach sponsored by yours truly and an office mate. We ate sizzling sisig, tuna belly with garlic rice and iced tea while staring at the fog due to heavy rain. We spend a while window shopping at different boutiques and I bought a souvenir shirt.

We went to Philippine Military Academy for a walk. We saw different military buildings for their academic purposes. Different sights means variants of photos for our multimedia. Artillery, PMA Building, open grounds for graduation rights, Melchor and Lopez buildings inside the area, sun dial, jogging cadets and other tourists took our attention and camera.

After that, we saw different warfare equipment along the road and another set of photos inspired by the amusement of different war artillery.
whooossshhhhHH!!!
Camp John Hay is our next destination. The pine trees are very exotic and I was amazed by them and so to speak, none of my breath and saliva was used to describe them. And another set of souvenir and local delicacies exchanged with my pocket money. Then we head back home for a rest.
I just love nature
nature! nature! nature!
Early in the morning, I nominate myself to be a "wanna be chef" and prepared the morning breakfast. Sunny side up,  chopsuey, scrambled egg with tomato and minced red onion, coffee and chocolate sausage and luncheon meat. Another thing boot up because we have to prepare the menu for lunch so one of my office mate prepared Adobong Manok for picnic.

We prepared to hike for picnic armed with lots of food and cameras. We ate lunch at picnic area near the staff house and exploit the wonders of nature by taking pictures with them.

A little rest from the vicinity to fill up our itinerary. At some nearby area, me and the son of our sponsor rode a horse! It was my first time to ride a horse with a saddle and whipping leather. I learned how to guide the horse, when to turn left, right, halt, go, slow down and run faster. My butt aches after the ride. And as a courtesy to Diesel, the name of the horse, I apologized to him because of my weight.
sorry Diesel...
the Koreans are here!!! =P
Strawberry fields is the next in line. The area has perimeter fence or cyclone fence to prevent tourist to get contact with the farm due to wet weather and this season is their planting season, no strawberries ready for harvest yet. We buy some goodies for our designers who really are 'designers.'

Next is the Burnham Park. A boat ride with a little rain do the trick! Me and my boss became the fins and our senior office-mate is our captain. The rain really mean it so it didn't stop right after we finished the 30 minute ride.

At around 5:30PM, we arrived at the bus terminal. My faith dictates me that I must not give up our meeting together,

"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another- and all the more as you see the Day approaching." (Hebrews 10:24-25).

Another ground zero was established after 1AM of September 12, 2010. Home at last, waiting for the forthcoming sunshine and meeting my special someone. Even though my stomach aches, I managed to sleep well, not in Baguio, but in Marikina.

Credits to my friends and also, my Meralco Family for the pictures.

This is to showcase the 102nd Anniversary of Baguio City! And Eurotel is always near the heart of our summer capital. Everybody is invited to visit Eurotel Baguio at #123 Abanao Extension, Brgy Rizal Monument, Baguio City.
