Gorgonzola Burger is composed of Green ice lettuce, tomatoes, 1/3 lb beef patty, white cheese, sautéed oyster mushrooms, Gorgonzola dressing, and poppy seed bun. Sounds delicious? Definitely, YES. The first smell of the burger itself is very relaxing. It has no beefy smell that will fight your senses. The patty contains less oil that we'll surely love. The arrangement of the ingredients made it rich and flavorful. The poppy seed bun is not to thin and too thick that may absorb the condiments that will turn it dull, sag, wet and will taste like the condiment "bun." White cheese, sautéed oyster mushrooms, Gorgonzola dressing combo rocks! The newest side of burger add-ons. The earthly taste of oyster mushroom combined with bitter and natural Green ice lettuce with tangy and salty white cheese means the day loves you.
